Clay friction: Mix 1 tablespoon of ground almonds, and red clay (which contains iron oxide and gives a pretty face), 1 teaspoon of honey, you can add 3 drops of essential oil, it’s optional, according to your skin, rose water. Apply the mixture in the face and rinse with warm water.

A face sauna:  pour hot water over 1 teaspoon of dried thyme in a bowl. Put your head above the vapors by covering it with a towel. It’s a simple and efficient. Do it once per week for 5 to 10 minutes.

Concocting homemade masks can really save money. They can be cleansing, toning, refreshing, nourishing, revitalizing, restorative, soothing, and most importantly anti-wrinkle. From our side we have prepared for you many recipes that go with different skin types to choose between.

Recipes:

Masks with honey: Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of milk. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water after that.

Or mix 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of natural yogurt and 1 piece of a well ripe banana. Leave the mixture on your face for 20 minutes and then rinse.

Other recipe: Mix 1 tablespoon of well mashed avocado, 1 lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fresh cream, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil. Leave on for 20 minutes and then rinse.

Carrots Mask: Mix 2 carrots, add 1 tablespoon of honey and a little clay dough. Mix well. Apply, keep it on for 10 minutes and rinse after that.

Rasul mask: The “Rasul” is a kind of Moroccan clay; it’s good for the skin in all ways. Mix some Rasul, over argan oil and a little orange flower water or rose water. Leave on and then rinse.

Makeup Tips:

Moisturizers:

Moisturizer products are very important. There is no soft and elastic skin without moisture, they’re particularly closely linked to skin aging.

The skin contains approximately 70% of water, but each day, it loses 40 to 60 cl, this loss pass through the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin that’s consisted of dead cells. The more the skin gets dried, the less it provides its protective function; it becomes dull and loses its flexibility and softness.

To keep the skin in a good way, do not overlook these values to keep it in good condition forever.

Essential oils: they’re considered as effective skin moisturizes. And all kind of essential oils are recommended to be used, preferably in the evening.

  • Avocado oil (nourishing, rich of vitamins).
  • Hazelnut oil (soothing, nutritive).
  • Carrot oil (invigorating, tightens the pores).
  • Apricot kernels oil (revitalizing, and anti-wrinkles). Apricot kernels oil is very nourishing, rich of vitamin, has the advantage of being absorbed quickly by the skin).

Recipes:

Rose water lotion: Boil 5 cl of mineral water. Dip the petals of 4 beautiful roses you should already dry before, after  30 minutes, remove the petals and put in a glass vial.

Special dry skin cream: Mix 5 cl of sweet almond oil, 6 drops of essential oil of geranium and 8 drops of lemon essential oil. Shake well before use and apply the mixture in the evening.
